Returns

You can exchange or return your internet order within 14 days after delivery of the items you have purchased, with the invoice and provided that the items from the order are unused *. If you want to return an item, please complete the return form. You must report a return within 14 days.
You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of receipt of the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. Returning the order is at your expense. The Entrepreneur shall reimburse all payments made by the Consumer, including any delivery costs that the Consumer may charge for the returned product, as soon as possible but within 14 days following the day on which the Consumer notified him of the withdrawal. Unless the Entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he can wait with paying back until having received the product or until the Consumer proved that he returned the product, whichever occurs first. The Entrepreneur shall make use of the same means of payment that the Consumer used, unless the Consumer consents to another method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer

Return conditions
In order for the product to be eligible for return, it must meet the following conditions:
The article must be intact.
Condition of the packaging as original as possible.
Do not write texts and do not stick stickers or tape on the packaging if possible.
If necessary, pack the return items in an extra outer box to prevent transport damage.
Only if your return meets these conditions, we can guarantee that you will receive your money back within 14 days after receipt of the package.

Returns by post
Exchange and return for consumers is possible by returning the product together with the invoice (or other proof of purchase) and a fully completed return form to us by post. Have the package franked at a TNT Post Office or Selektvracht Service Point. We recommend insured shipping.
Problems with shipping, with or by the transport company are for your own account. Always keep your proof of shipment!
Pay attention! Pack the items carefully to avoid transport damage.
Do you want to exchange an item for another item? You can return your order within the trial period. You then place a new order in the webshop.
